Dr. L. L. combines medical-scientific precision with executive leadership experience that spans global health, biotech, and commercial strategy. She earned her Doctor of Medicine from Thomas Jefferson University, preceded by Honors College distinction at St. John’s University, where she graduated summa cum laude in English, and completed pre-medical studies at Columbia University.
Over two decades, Dr. Lazar has led high-performance teams across clinical, creative, and operational disciplines—guiding multi-billion-dollar portfolios through development, launch, and optimization. A long-time client before joining the founding circle, she saw in #Str8REco a framework as rigorous as any laboratory protocol. Her transition from customer to co-founder reflects both belief in the mission and trust in the process.
As Chief Operation Officer, Dr. L.L. ensures that every element of the platform operates with medical-grade precision—turning vision into structure, systems, and measurable results.
