We’re now getting our first look at the new standardized Buyer Broker Compensation forms, which are expected to take effect later this month. Below, I’ve included five forms related to buyer-side commissions, as well as a link to the revised Exclusive Right to List agreement that most brokerages use.
However, I have yet to see the updated Purchase & Sale contract. Once that’s available, I’ll be able to fully assess and piece together these latest changes before providing any feedback on how to best proceed under the new real estate brokerage standards.
